What we do not ask for. No Social Security number, no date of birth, and no bank or account numbers. Nothing on this form needs them, and a submission containing one is rejected rather than stored. When a lender needs that information it goes to the lender directly, through their secure system, after you and Ben have decided to move forward.

Submitting a project does not create an application and is not a request for credit. It does not obligate you or InSync to anything, and nothing is sent to any lender without your say so. Availability depends on the state, the property, and the coverage of the lenders we work with, subject to applicable licensing and authorization.
