How it works

You tell us the market, the transaction and the timing. A licensed Texas broker at InSync Homes reviews it, usually the same business day.
We choose a brokerage by neutral criteria: an active license where the property is, a signed agreement with us, capacity, experience with your transaction type, and your requested area and preferences.
We name the brokerage and ask your permission to share your details with it. Nothing is shared before you say yes.
The brokerage contacts you within one business day. We check in on day three and day seven, and stay in the loop until you close.

What it costs you

Nothing. If you close, the brokerage that represented you may pay InSync Homes a referral fee out of its own commission. Your services and fees are negotiated with that brokerage, not with us.

Does the referral cost me anything?

No. You pay nothing to InSync Homes for the introduction. If you complete a transaction, the brokerage that represents you may pay InSync Homes a negotiated referral fee out of its own commission. Your brokerage services and compensation are negotiated with that brokerage.

Do I have to use InSync Loans for my mortgage?

No. This introduction concerns real estate brokerage only. Your choice of lender or any settlement provider never affects which brokerage we introduce.

How is the brokerage chosen?

By neutral criteria: an active license where the property is, a signed agreement with InSync Homes, capacity, experience with your transaction type, and your requested area and preferences. Never by anything protected under fair housing law.

Who reviews my request?

A licensed Texas broker at InSync Homes reviews every request before any introduction. Your details are shared with a specific brokerage only after you authorize that introduction.
