Cynthia really was amazing her communication is superb she was available to call at all hours and she made us feel like we were her only client. She is honest and straight forward and after dealing with a few real estate agents she was one of a kind. We were having issues with the appraisal and she really helped with the appeal which we won and we were able to get a new appraisal. Additionally the seller was concerned that we would not close due to the appraisal and they weren't budging on the price as everyone knew that the value was significantly more than the appraisal.
