D.R. Horton's Red Tag is a national, time-bound sales event that drops on roughly every D.R. Horton inventory home in the country. The headline package usually includes a discounted financing rate (or a closing-cost credit), and many cycles add a Move-In Package: washer, dryer, refrigerator, blinds, and a garage-door opener. The catch is a tight contract window (typically two to four weeks) and the requirement to use D.R. Horton's preferred lender, DHI Mortgage, to capture the headline number.
